Pro Group Realty and MPS Development The Founders of Pro Group Realty and MPS Development and Construction, LLC are Marc P. Smith, Chris Sayer-Smith and Michael W. Miller. Chris has brought financial resources to the team as Michael and Marc have been developing property and building in the Venice area for over 30 years. The three have combined their financial resources, developing expertise, and construction management to pursue further development opportunities in the greater Venice area.
