In 1978, Paul & Risa Becker opened Becker's Diamonds & Fine Jewelry in West Hartford, CT. Paul & Risa's mission was to make customers happy and to give the Make It Perfect or "Wow" experience. Nineteen years later, the Becker Family expanded the flagship store in West Hartford which included an expanded goldsmith shop. In the summer of 2014, Becker's expanded again with the opening of another location in Old Saybrook, CT to reach our loyal customers in the area as well as gain new ones. Over the years, Becker's has become a member of the Leading Jewelers Guild and Preferred Jewelers International. For 40 years, Becker's has continually offered high quality diamonds & fine jewelry, along with a vast Estate Department with a varied collection of antique & vintage jewelry and pre-owned Swiss watches. Each location features a Jewelry Service & Repair Studio as well as a complete Custom Design Department. We have two Goldsmiths as well as multiple GIA Graduate Gemologists on staff. All of our team members are highly trained and qualified to give our customers the "wow" experience they are looking for.
