I bring more than 20 years of market experience, construction insight, and a proven record of performance to my role as Associate Broker and Team Lead of The Lakes Team at Compass. I began my real estate career in 2002 remodeling and reselling homes, building a strong foundation in valuation, construction quality, and investment strategy that continues to guide my clients’ decisions today. Licensed in 2005, I went on to build one of Minnesota’s most productive real estate teams. Since founding my team in 2010, I have personally closed more than $400 million in sales and led my team to nearly $1 billion in total volume—earning recognition among the Top 100 agents in Minnesota and the Top 3% of Realtors nationwide. During the market downturn, I successfully negotiated more than 300 short sale transactions, sharpening my ability to navigate complex situations and advocate effectively under pressure. My expertise spans residential, investment, new construction, and commercial real estate. I have been named a Super Real Estate Agent annually from 2010–2025 by Mpls.St.Paul Magazine and Twin Cities Business. With deep knowledge of the Lake Minnetonka and west metro markets, I provide strategic leadership, strong negotiation, and a steady, client-first approach. As Team Lead at Compass, I focus on elevating the client experience through collaboration, data-driven strategy, and exceptional service.
