Small State Provisions began as a cottage bakery in 2019 fueled by head baker and founder Kevin Masse’s passion for organic, handcrafted sourdough bread. Today, we are a thriving community bakery dedicated to quality, sustainability, and a warm welcome. Our bread is a labor of love, crafted with live active sourdough starter, organic flour, salt, water, and time. Each loaf takes over 24 hours to create. We believe in using only the finest organic ingredients, sourced locally whenever possible.
