GET UP, STRETCH YOUR LEGS AND BOOST YOUR ENDORPHINS

If you work from home at a computer, you are probably already fully aware that it's super easy to sit in one spot all day and only get up for the occasional snack. But, it's so, so important for you to keep your blood flowing and move around! I am working from home, I keep moving my computer to different tables and counters to get a change of pace. I have also started dancing in place while working—and you should too!

All you have to do is set your computer up at a high-rise table or a tall countertop in your house. You can also stack some books under your computer to make sure your screen is eye-level when you are standing. From there, turn on some tunes and just start bouncing back and forth while you type! You can sway your hips and bend your knees without ever needing to take your hands off your keys. I promise it works.

Here are some of the artists, albums and singles I have been having some of the most fun dancing to. I'm making a huge dance playlist on Spotify, and if you have any songs you think I should add, please DM me on Instagram @hayhyer!

P.S. If you have kiddos around for your dance party, you can find the clean versions of any explicit songs on this list so you don't have to worry about what they hear!

Elton John

"Pinball Wizard," "Bennie and the Jets," "I'm Still Standing," "I Don't Wanna Go on with You Like That," "Saturday Night's Alright (For Fighting)"—so many great classics to move your body to!

Dominic Fike

Dominic Fike doesn't have a very big discography yet, but his singles and EPs are making moves. Some songs you may have heard on the radio before are "Phone Numbers," "3 Nights" and "Babydoll."

Birds of Prey: The Album

I have not actually seen this movie yet, but I can't get enough of the soundtrack! Some of my favorite artists featured on it are K.Flay, Halsey, Lauren Jauregui and Normani.

Singles on the Dance Playlist

Ain't My Fault — Zara Larson

Black Widow — Vice Remix

Level Up — Ciara

Wings — Little Mix

Look at Her Now — Selena Gomez

Solo — Demi Lovato

Cry Me a River — Justin Timberlake

Take advantage of this time working home with nobody there to judge you, and have fun with your dance breaks!
