Did you know that ‘washing’ and ‘cleansing’ are often used in the same context, but they are not necessarily the same thing?

The Oxford Languages Dictionary defines 'wash' as cleaning with water, and typically, soap. However, to 'cleanse' is make something thoroughly clean. You probably wash your hair on a regular basis, but when was the last time you thoroughly cleansed your scalp? A clean, healthy scalp promotes natural oil production which leads to healthy, shiny hair.

At Ramon’s Hair Design, we have the cleansing products, tools and techniques to give you a true cleansing as well as help you learn how to thoroughly cleanse your scalp and hair. The result? Hair you will love!

This is the first in a series of articles on hair wellness. Check back next week for more information on detoxing your hair.
