Summer Trend: Paper Bag Shorts
It’s been tough deciding what the biggest trend of the summer has been. From leopard midi skirts to graphic tees to dad sneakers—there have been so many! I think one that I have seen everywhere and really have been a fan of has been the paper bag shorts. They come in so many styles, colors and prints so there is certainly one for everyone! I may have about five or six pairs in my closet that I bought this summer…
I love how reasonably affordable they are too. Just in case this trend isn’t around for years to come, it’s nice to know I didn’t break the bank buying them. My favorite pair that I wore all summer long has been these $20 ones from H&M. They are a snakeskin print and so flattering. They also come in various other colors too!
I’m hoping this trend stays around for next summer too because it’s one I definitely have been loving!
Fall Trend: Animal Print
So this is definitely not a new trend, but I think it will still be going strong for fall. Leopard is and always will be my favorite, but I think snakeskin is going to be making more of an appearance and I’m all for it!
The Nordstrom sale recently had snakeskin booties and they were selling out like crazy! Super cute to throw on as a little accent to any outfit. Europe and New York Instagram girls have been wearing this print for a while now too; it’s about time it made its way all across the country. And like I said, I think leopard is still going to be a hit through the fall. With their booties to sweaters to skirts—I don’t see it going away anytime soon and I LOVE IT.
