Boca Real Estate Market Update

2020 was off to a strong start in Boca Raton. The Pam & Toni Team closed over $20M in sales in Q1 2020 while helping twenty families purchase or sell their homes. However, the overall market performance in Q2 2020 reflects a decrease in sales driven by measures taken in mid-March due to COVID-19.

We are predicting a strong Q3 and Q4 2020 due to expected pent-up demand and increased interest from the Northeast because of Florida’s tax advantages and a strong shift in consumer preferences. Families are reassessing their lifestyles and are opting for more space and amenities in their homes including pools, home offices, and boat docks.
