Branson at it's Best

An Old Time Christmas at Silver Dollar City

Silver Dollar City is celebrating "An Old Time Christmas" with nearly 700 miles of lights and many traditional favorite shows including "Home for Christmas" and "Dickens' Christmas Carol". Highlights include 30 shows each day and night, an elaborate 8-story, animated Christmas tree, over 6.5 million lights, holiday food, Rudolph's Holly Jolly Christmas light parade, plus award winning rollercoasters that soar through the skies. It's a must see family destination this holiday.

I was simply in awe with over 1,000 decorated Christmas trees, 600 wreaths and over 3 miles of garland and ribbon!  My husband and I found ourselves walking around looking up with our mouths open walking thru "Christmas in Midtown".  Bright lights covered every inch of the streets and buildings. It was bursting with the colors of 1.5 million LED lighted tunnels and displays up 9 stories.

Get ready to be enchanted. Pure magic awaits you with a short four hour drive to Branson. It's an easy family weekend get away to unwind and get into the Christmas spirit.
