Paragon Construction has done an impressive amount of work on the Henrico home of Melissa and Ron Clark. From a third-floor conversion with exterior dormer additions to a complete interior and exterior makeover, Paragon has beautifully enhanced the already charming home in The Colonies at Wilde Lake. In preparation for Thanksgiving, Melissa shares with Short Pump City Lifestyle why she is thankful for Paragon Construction.
JOANNA: HOW DID YOU HEAR ABOUT PARAGON CONSTRUCTION?
MELISSA: My husband researched a few companies in the area. Paragon came out on top in terms of flexibility, trust, and excellent references.
JOANNA: WHAT MADE YOU CHOOSE PARAGON FOR YOUR REMODELS OVER SIMILAR BUSINESSES?
MELISSA: The presentation of available materials and options was superb. It still stands out in our minds for its organization and thoughtful detail.
JOANNA: HOW DID PARAGON MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS FOR YOUR REMODELS?
MELISSA: Since 2007, we have used Paragon for several jobs. We are extremely happy with every project and love our house. The results are always better than anticipated!
JOANNA: WHAT DID YOU ENJOY MOST ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH THE STAFF AT PARAGON?
MELISSA: The staff at Paragon are a joy to work with. Each personality adds to the whole. The Paragon team takes customer satisfaction very seriously. They are straightforward, honest, and always respectful in our house. We have no reservations about allowing them access to our home in our absence. We trust them implicitly.
JOANNA: HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH THE PARAGON CONSTRUCTION TEAM IN YOUR HOME?
MELISSA: They communicate well about their schedule and always consider the customers’ requests. Since day one with Paragon, I felt that my house and family were safe during the projects.
JOANNA: WHAT WAS YOUR FAVORITE PROJECT YOU DID WITH PARAGON?
MELISSA: That’s a tough question because I love them all! I put a bit of myself into each project, so they are all special to me. I don’t think I can pick just one, but our attic transition and remodeled master closet and laundry room have been most impactful to me. My husband would likely pick the garage as his favorite though!
JOANNA: WHAT WOULD YOU TELL YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY ABOUT PARAGON?
MELISSA: Doing renovations with Paragon is fun and stress-free. They stand by their work and, if there is an issue, they fix it. Owner, Jeremy Shank, takes great pride in customer satisfaction and is excellent at ensuring his customers get what they want. He won’t quit until they are happy.
JOANNA: WHY ARE YOU THANKFUL TO HAVE BEEN ABLE TO WORK WITH PARAGON?
MELISSA: I am thankful we found Paragon and its wonderful team. I consider them friends at this point. Every experience with them has turned into a fond memory of planning and selecting new additions to our home.
JOANNA: HOW HAVE THESE RENOVATIONS IMPROVED YOUR HOME AND DAILY LIFE?
MELISSA: Our house is much more functional with the improved layout and updated features. The laundry room makes doing laundry easier, and the master closet has space for everything. Of course, having the attic as a workout space is very nice. I am thankful every day!
