Pursuing Academic Excellence

In a Show of Support to Local Students Moving Forward in the Pandemic, Scholarships Awarded to Deserving Applicants.

It’s been a year unlike any other, so in a show of support locally the Lake Zurich Area Chamber of Commerce awarded scholarships to seven individuals this year.

Applications can now be made for the 2021-2022 academic year. The chamber will award scholarships at their 2022 Winning Hands Member Appreciation & Awards Event, to be held in January 2022. Applicants must be either a child of a member or a member of the chamber. Applicants need to be residents of Lake Zurich, Hawthorn Woods, Kildeer, Long Grove or Deer Park, and fall into one of the following categories:

  • High School Graduate Pursuing College
  • College Graduate Pursuing Entrepreneurship
  • Individual Seeking Adult Continuing Education
  • Professional Seeking Leadership Training
