The Rusty Nail
Ingredients:

1 1/2 ounces Scotch whisky

3/4 ounce Drambuie
Steps:
1. Pour the ingredients into an old-fashioned glass with ice cubes.
2. Stir well. Garnish with a lemon twist (optional). Serve and enjoy.
Classic Whiskey Smash
Ingredients:

5 to 8 leaves spearmint, to taste

1/4 lemon, cut into 3 pieces

1 ounce simple syrup

2 ounces bourbon whiskey

Mint sprig, for garnish
Steps:
1. In a cocktail shaker, add the mint and lemon.
2. Muddle thoroughly to release the juices and oils.
3. Add simple syrup, whiskey, and fill the shaker with ice.
4. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
5. Strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with crushed ice.
6. Garnish with a mint sprig. Serve and enjoy.
Bourbon Iced Tea
Ingredients:

1 1/2 ounces bourbon whiskey

1/2 ounce limoncello
-
4 ounces iced tea, freshly brewed

Lemon wheel or wedge, for garnish
Steps:
1. In a double old-fashioned glass, add bourbon and limoncello.
2. Fill the glass with ice and top with iced tea.
3. Garnish with lemon. Serve and enjoy.
Dark 'n Stormy Mocktail
Ingredients:
For the Simple Syrup:

1 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup water
For the Mocktail:

1/2 ounce simple syrup (2:1)

3/4 ounce fresh lime juice

2 ounces ginger beer
-
2 ounces Lyre's Dark Cane Spirit
Steps:
To make the Simple Syrup, combine the sugar and water in a small pot and set over medium heat. Stir until sugar is fully dissolved. Pour into a container and chill for 15 minutes.
1. To make the cocktail, combine simple syrup, lime juice, and ginger beer in a tall collins glass. Stir and mix together for 10 seconds.
2. Fill glass with ice and top with Lyre's nonalcoholic Dark Cane Spirit. Garnish with a lime wedge.
