Civetta Italian Kitchen + Bar is your Stonecrest destination for upscale-casual Italian dining prepared by chef Stephen Ollard and his trained, personable staff, all of whom are passionate about delivering great food, great drink and great hospitality to each and every one of their guests.
Located in Stonecrest at Piper Glen, the new 5,000-square-foot restaurant sports a rustic decor and has seating for 165 in the main dining room, additional seating for 40 patrons on the patio and offers a private dining area with space for 10 for private parties or business lunches.
Lunch and Dinner Menus
Civetta offers a diverse lunch and dinner menu complete with authentic Italian pasta, paninis, pizzas, salads, appetizers and a range of entree items including chicken, fresh seafood, steak and veal. The secret to Civetta’s culinary success is that all dishes are made from scratch using the freshest raw ingredients. Sauces and side dishes are prepared in house, and main entrees are butchered. This attention to freshness and carefully pairing each entree with just the right choice of wine, cocktail or one of the wide variety of craft beers Civetta keeps on tap provides synchronicity, giving guests the ultimate dining experience.
Seasonal on-tap craft beer selections include local and regional favorites: Catawba Brewing, OMB, Legion Brewing, NoDa and D9. If you are a wine lover, enjoy a vast selection of Italian and California wines from which to choose. Civetta also offers an assortment of craft cocktails to quench your thirst.
Owner Kevin Jennings explains the key to Civetta’s success is creating an atmosphere where guests can truly relax and enjoy their meal:
