Steve’s Hot Dogs is a quick, casual restaurant offering diners a modern twist on an authentic, east coast, hot dog stand. Steve Galletta emphasizes that this is not fast food.
"Everything is made to order and customer service is a top priority," he says. "I grew up in Upstate New York where casual mom and pop restaurants are the norm."
They make all of their sauces and toppings in house including: awesome sauce, chipotle ranch, burger sauce and barbecue sauce. Some of their other toppings include jalapeno pineapple relish, cheese sauce and chili.
"We are uniquely known for our homemade onion rings that perfectly complement our hot dogs," adds Steve. "This is an old NYC steakhouse recipe that includes a wet dredge and dry dredge then fried to golden brown. We also use premium natural casing hot dogs from Sahlen’s Smokehouse in Buffalo, NY that has been producing premium meat products for 150 years.
The restaurant has 72 seats, 36 inside and 36 outside on the patio. In addition to hot dogs, they also serve fresh, never frozen burgers, unique chicken sandwiches, sausages and house made Mac N’ Cheese entrees.
