At Free Range Juice we make living a healthier life simple. We believe one good decision a day makes a huge impact on your life. · 2 1/2 cups chopped kale
· 2/3 of a cucumber
· 2/3 of a medium apple
· 1 1/3 medium celery stalks
· 1/4 medium lemon
· 4 slices (1-inch diameter) of fresh ginger

Raw, freshly pressed juice is a wonderful way to get your daily dose of fruits and vegetables. When you extract the liquid using a juicer it removes the insoluble fiber while keeping the soluble fiber. This allows for easy digestion and absorption of nutrients. All the amazing vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants can deliver an immediate boost.
This recipe is loaded with fruits and veggies like cucumbers packed with Vitamin K, green apple, and kale providing Vitamins K, A, C, manganese, and copper. The health benefits associated with these ingredients may improve digestion, detoxify, promote healthy skin, reduce inflammation, and lower blood pressure. Make sure to wash all produce as well as cut lemon into quarters and peel. No juicer? You can use a blender by adding some water and straining the mixture with a cheesecloth. Add horseradish to make this into a night-shade free Bloody Mary mix, and add jalapeno or cayenne for some spice.
