Bailey Hall - Rice and Peas (Pelau)

“The Pelau is a rice and pea dish. It’s delicious and savory by itself, but when you combine it with their coleslaw, the flavor is amazing!”

Abby Beasley - Kurma

“I like the Kurma because it’s a tasty appetizer that’s sweet but not too sweet. You can taste the ginger and the hint of citrus really brings it together!”

Lisa Story - Doubles

“The Doubles are my favorite! It’s made with curried chickpeas and fried flat bread. The sauce that comes with it is the perfect touch.”
