1 Frozen Banana
1 cup of Frozen Strawberries
1 cup of Fresh Papaya ( or Mango)
1 1/2 cups of orange juice (fresh squeezed is a game changer but you can use pre-made)
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
TIP * Cut bananas in 1/3 and freeze on parchment paper then place in ziplock bags to use as needed
Green Fruit Smoothie
A Green Fruit Smoothie is exactly as it sounds, it's a drink of goodness and health to revive you and provide you with all that you need to reach ideal health and strength
1 1/2 Cup frozen seedless green grapes
1 frozen banana
1 green apple (cored)
1 cup spinach
1 1/2 cups coconut water
1 TSP coconut oil
2 TBLSP Raw Honey
1 tsp flax seed
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth

Who doesn't love a mango smoothie.. NO ONE.. right.. but adding a touch of ginger and cloves to the mix adds a unique aromatic flavor that will make you wonder why you had not been doing that all along
1/2 cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks
1/2 cup Frozen Mango Slices
1/2 cup Papaya chunks
1 cup coconut water
1 tablespoon raw honey
1/8 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp ground cloves
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth

1 frozen banana
1/2 cup of ripe strawberries
1 1/2 unsweetened coconut or almond milk
1 tablespoon of Almond butter
1/8 tsp almond extract
