The COVID-19 pandemic has created a new demand for meals made at home—using delicious ingredients with which we may or may not be acquainted. The Fancy Food Show invites attendees to explore new and existing food trends. Showcased all around are new foods we will be snacking on: restaurant quality sauces, condiments (think watermelon salt), cocktail and mocktail mixes, low-sugar fruit spreads, and chef-centric offerings like pear with vanilla, smoked cherry and plum ginger spreads. Samplings include JUST THIS cheddar cheese puffs made famous by Tik Tok, Chili Chews candies and new Jelly Belly sparkling waters. The featured meats, caviar and cheeses all vie for space at your local grocery stores. The show is food exploration at its finest. If heading to your favorite travel destination is still not in the cards, head to your local store and see what new foods you discover.
