When stocking up on fruit, especially if you're only going to the grocery store every couple of weeks, it is hard to know how much you and your family will be able to eat. I know I frequently overestimate my ability to finish a bunch of bananas before they start to turn brown and mushy! Here are some recipes for those common fruits that you may have trouble getting rid of—bananas, apples and peaches!
Best Ever Banana Bread
"With its super-moist texture, buttery banana and brown sugar flavors, and incredibly soft crumb, this is the best ever banana bread recipe. You’ll need 4 ripe bananas to begin."
—Sally's Baking Addiction
I made this banana bread and had 6 bananas to eat up, so I went ahead and threw the extra two in. It turned out great and extra moist! I also chose to use 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips instead of walnuts. That's what is so great about baking with the purpose of using up what you have. You can customize a recipe to make it work for you!
