Rocky Mountain Whiskey Sour
2 oz. Fraser Valley Distillery Colorado Bourbon
2/3 oz. lemon juice
1 tsp. superfine sugar
1/2 of an egg white
Shake the whiskey, juice, sugar, and egg whites well with cracked ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and/or lemon wedge.
