My milkshake brings all the boys to the yard! My Matcha Milkshake, that is. Matcha is having a moment right now. Not only because it’s delicious, but also because it’s super high in antioxidants. It’s said to protect the liver by flushing out toxins and processing nutrients and it’s known to protect the heart, boost brain function, can assist in weight loss and is even considered to help prevent cancer. Matcha contains about half the caffeine as a cup of black coffee so it’s kind of cool that it can wake you up, fill you up and provide a multitude of benefits all at once!

Shake it up and #MakeItBeautiful 

Ingredients

1 cup coconut milk
1 frozen banana
1 cup raw spinach
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon matcha powder

Method

Grab that food processor. Toss in all ingredients. Blend blend blend. Sip sip sip!
