Seriously Delicious Skin Detox Salad
+ 1/4 Cup red cabbage- chopped
+ 1 Medium carrot- chopped or shredded
+ 1 Small beet- sliced or chopped
+ 1 Handful of radishes- sliced or chopped
+ 1 Small endive- sliced
+ Handful of cilantro- chopped
+ Handful of raw almonds- chopped
+ Juice of ½ lemon
+ 1 Tsp raw apple cider vinegar
+ 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
+ Sea salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well. Pour dressing over salad mixture. Voila!
