$200 Can Rescue an Abandoned, Sick or Injured Dog: Rez Dog Rescue
Rez Dog Rescue of Montana helps strays, abandoned, injured and ill dogs from the Crow Nation and Northern Cheyenne Indian Reservations. All rescued dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated and properly cared for until they are ready for adoption by a qualified family. The organization is an all-volunteer, foster-based nonprofit dog rescue. Due to the high cost of veterinary care, monetary donations are its greatest need. Examples include an array of ailments and injuries, from fleas and ticks to Parvo, to being struck by an automobile. The rescue also takes in pregnant females, which require at least 8 weeks of care for the mother and her pups. All dogs in their care are housed with foster families until adoption.
Most-Needed Items:
- Monetary donations for veterinary care
- Blankets and comforters
- Puppy and/or adult dog food
Where to Donate:
Checks can be mailed to:

All other donations should be given at adoption events since Rez Dogs Rescue does not have a shelter site. For more information, visit Facebook.com/mtrezdogrescue.
