There's just something about Fall. When the leaves start turning and there's a crisp breeze in the air, there's nothing we crave more than to throw on a nubby sweater and sit by the fire—preferably with a cocktail in hand. And though we love a timeless, seasonless, classic cocktail, the changing of the seasons just feels more appropriately matched with a glass full of flavors like huckleberry, watermelon, and cucumber. One of the biggest misconceptions of autumn is that whiskey is the only spirit worthy of sipping. But vodka is an excellent canvas for showcasing fall’s seasonal ingredients and highlighting flavors that a darker spirit would overpower. Whether you fancy a classic Russian or fancy a sweet Mule, we've pulled together two incredible recipes for autumn vodka cocktails that will have you covered for every weekend of the best season of the year.
