Green Smoothie Base
- 1 cup coconut water (or unsweetened almond milk)
- 1-2 cups fresh spinach
- ½ banana
- 1 scoop collagen powder
- Handful of ice
Add Ins
- Berries, fresh or frozen
- Kiwi
- Nut butter
- Mango
- Chia or Flax seed
- Apple
- Pear
