Blend Together for a Daily Boost

This smoothie not only contains all of the benefits of collagen peptides, but also electrolytes, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals for a nutritional daily boost.

Green Smoothie Base

  • 1 cup coconut water (or unsweetened almond milk)
  • 1-2 cups fresh spinach
  • ½ banana
  • 1 scoop collagen powder
  • Handful of ice

Add Ins

  • Berries, fresh or frozen
  • Kiwi
  • Nut butter
  • Mango
  • Chia or Flax seed
  • Apple
  • Pear

Blend together and enjoy!
