Where do you want to be in 2024?
Scary question, right?
If you’re anything like me, your first thought probably went to career or financial goals…
But what about your health goals?
I’m assuming you also want to…
- Finally see the body composition results you’ve been looking for
- Feel GOOD in the clothes you just bought
- Be a BADASS that lets nothing stand in your way because you have crazy amounts of energy!!
I’m saying a *heck yes* to all of the above.
Here’s the thing… if you’ve been following me for a while now…
You know that you need to:
- Eat breakfast with 30g+ of protein.
- Hit over 100g of protein a day.
- Move 7-10k steps a day.
- Hydrate with water + electrolytes.
But my question is... ARE YOU DOING IT!?
If not, WHY? I am 100% going to guess it's because you don't have EASY systems in place to help you conquer what you ACTUALLY need to be doing for results.
You resort to tactics like skipping breakfast, eating no carbs at lunch, and trying to hold onto willpower every evening around the sugar because it's "easier". BUT... honestly this is just a waste of time because these tactics are not what is needed for true fat loss… They also WON’T get you to where you want to be in 2024.
