Homeowners hoping to receive maximum prices and swifter sales of their houses have new tools and options through the local Heard Newman real estate team, who accentuate houses’ hidden potentials in increased market value.
Two of Nashville’s foremost real estate agents, Jonathan Heard and Lacey Newman, recently joined Compass, an avant-garde U.S. technology company that some call the “Amazon of real estate,” complete with its own Pinterest-pleasing property gallery.
Through their Compass partnership and together with their team agent Haleigh Sport, Lacey and Jonathan are executing a new technology platform and tools developed by Compass. Part of the service this team provides is assistance with getting homes prepared so they showcase well and competitively on the market.
Through the Compass Concierge program, Compass covers all upfront costs of home improvements, collecting payment for the services rendered at the time of the property's closing.
Compass Concierge client services include house staging, deep-cleaning, cosmetic renovations, decluttering, landscaping, painting, pest control and custom closets.
The Heard Newman Team recently helped transform their listing at 3702 Hobbs Road, currently offered for sale in Green Hills.
“When we met these homeowners, we knew immediately we could help increase the market value of their home with some minor updates,” Lacey says.
"Their home was in great shape overall, but the outdated cabinets and appliances and worn carpet made their home seem older than it really is. One of our favorite aspects of the business is staying up-to-date on design trends and knowing how to integrate them into existing homes to drive up marketability. We are so excited we’re now able to offer the Compass Concierge program to our clients so that they don’t have to invest the upfront costs but get to reap the rewards of selling a fresher, more updated home.”
