Vincent Bradley, Heart + Paw's CEO, says his team intentionally reimagined pet care from the ground up before they opened the Glen Mills center in September.

"From the separate dog and cat waiting rooms to the cat exam shelves designed by our chief veterinary officer and locally made retail items to elevated canine grass complete with a full drainage system, no detail was overlooked and everything was done according to what’s best for pets and their parents," Vincent assures.

Vincent says launching Heart + Paw in Glen Mills was a well-thought-out decision because research indicates the greater Philadelphia region has one of the largest numbers of pet owners per capita in the nation.
He adds that they even customized the space and furniture to maximize the comfort and support for four-legged family members.
"Choosing a color palette that animals can see, and even implementing a texting service with your animal’s veterinarian, are just some of the services Heart + Paw proudly provides its clients."

The Heart + Paw mobile app and website enable pet parents to schedule services and communicate with pet care experts.
