Richmond Homearama 2021 has returned to Chesterfield County after two years North of the River.
Last year’s home show was completely virtual due to the pandemic, but as the COVID-19 vaccine is now readily available to Virginians and guidelines have been loosened, this year’s show has gotten mostly back to normal with limited in-person events and models open to the public. This is the 10th installment of the popular event, which is taking place in the community of Summer Lake, an upscale 324-acre subdivision on Otterdale Road in Chesterfield.
Richmond Homearama 2021 is a 12-day event, running July 10-25 with model homes open Wednesday-Sunday with special events on weekends. Local custom home builders will showcase eight gorgeous homes that feature the latest in design and décor, and the newest home technology built specifically for Richmond Homearama.
