We’re excited to introduce our new publisher, Keiristin Wilbert. As we move into 2021 and a new year, we’ll also have a new leader. Keiristin is a driven young woman who couldn’t wait to let us get to know her.
What is your favorite place in Columbia?
“My favorite place in Columbia is Lake Elkhorn. Elkhorn has a beautiful walking trail where I like to go with friends to clear my head and take in the sights. It’s really beautiful and I recommend visiting when you get the chance.”
What did you want to be when you grew up and how has that changed?
“Well, I wanted to be a philosopher, a business owner, and an influential personality. I’m really proud of how I’ve accomplished a lot of my goals. I’m a blogger and restaurant reviewer and will be getting a TV show soon. I’m also starting a business with some family, and now I’ll be the publisher of Columbia Lifestyle. I’m excited to see where it takes me.”
If you were a candy, what candy would you be and why?
“How fun! I would definitely be chocolate… but I would specifically be a Chocolate Turtle candy. Chocolate and Caramel because I’m sweet and warm, and pecans add some protein, some substance - and I have substance.”
What is one thing you’d like Columbia Lifestyle readers to know about you?
“I want them to know that while I like to stay busy, I'm very excited to get to know the community better and I’ll strive to make Columbia Lifestyle a reflection of you, the readers of Columbia, Maryland.”
