The Cucumber Roll
INGREDIENTS

Cucumber
-
Salmon
-
Krab sticks
-
Boston Lettuce
-
Cream Cheese
-
Avocado
-
Sushi Rolling Mat
DIRECTIONS

In a pan, sear the salmon in coconut oil + a pinch of salt until fully cooked.

Cut the ends of an English cucumber, then cut in half lengthwise. With a sushi knife, shave the skin thick enough to create a cucumber sheet.

Place a sushi rolling mat on a cutting board.

Place your cucumber sheet on top of the mat.

Spread krab sticks on cucumber sheet. Add thin slices of avocado on top.

Add a bed of lettuce.

Add salmon down the middle. Add cream cheese strips next to the salmon.

With the mat, start rolling, and tighten the roll using the mat as you go along.

Cut into 5 even pieces. Place on dish, and add your favorite sauce drizzles.
