Here’s Nola, the one-year-old Bernedoodle who’s as lovable as she is loopy. Nola equally loves to romp around, as well as cuddle. She lives her best life darting through the yard in hot pursuit of deer, chomping on pinecones like they’re gourmet treats, and launching herself through sprinklers. As much as Nola has her bursts of zoomies, this big, puffy pup also knows how to lounge. Her signature sleeping pose? Flat on her back, legs every which way, dreaming of her rope toy. (She’s the reigning tug-of-war champion in her house.)

Nola is the kind of dog that makes everyone smile; even her vet, who has been known to laugh out loud at her joyful, clumsy antics. Whether she’s tripping over her own feet or greeting her family with tail wags so enthusiastic they could power a small wind turbine, Nola brings happiness in oversized, goofy doses. She’s got brains, too. She picks up commands quickly. But, she has a stubborn streak as well, and following through depends on her mood.

As the baby of the family, Nola enjoys full VIP treatment. She’s doted on like a human and gets away with just about everything. It helps that she’s as sweet as she is silly. She’s gentle with kids, loving with the elderly, and endlessly affectionate. Nola is proof that the best dogs don’t just fit into your life. They flop into it with muddy paws, wet noses, and hearts full of love.
