Real Estate runs in Nancy Batchelor's family: with a real estate attorney and developer father, and an architect for mother, Nancy grew up in the business, learning the ins and outs from an early age. After graduating from college and working as a licensed real estate agent in her native Wisconsin, then Colorado and New York, she had learned important lessons when she moved to South Florida. Here, she built a solid business with nine agents on her team; together, in the last 20+ years, they have made over $1 billion in sales. Their motto is "We listen. We care. We sell." Her top producing skills are grounded in building trust among her clients, many of whom become friends.
If sales projections are correct, Nancy's business will continue to grow. Nancy believes in giving back; through the Batchelor Foundation, she contributes to nonprofit organizations in South Florida, principally focused on helping children, animals, and the environment. She decompresses in the mid-Miami Beach waterfront home she shares with her husband, Jon. They relax, enjoy the lovely surroundings, and share quality time with family and friends: recharging the batteries for the work to come.
