I started ECO Automated Designs in 2015 working out of my house. Within the first year we outgrew the garage and realized it was time to move to our current location in Mundelein near Midlothian and Gilmer Road. I put together an experienced team and built out a certified Control4 showroom. From there things escalated quickly as we were able to land some great opportunities.

I personally have been in or around the industry since 2003. At one point I worked as a project manager for another AV company and it was that experience that opened my eyes. I realized with some hard work, a great team and lots of follow-through I could build a company that stood for what I believed in. I had learned what not to do in this industry and what I needed to be focused on. It is a life lesson for which I remain thankful.

Our industry is in high demand and we continue to thrive. We braced ourselves for a downfall during the pandemic; however, we experienced the exact opposite and for that we are thankful. Even through all the tragedy of 2020 we were able to prevail and are projected to have another year of growth in 2021.

I am a Lake Zurich resident with my beautiful wife, Regina, and our two young boys. What little free time I have is spent with my family and enjoying some of my personal hobbies which are cars and fishing. As a family we are looking forward to vacationing again.
