Kyle Yeatman, owner of The Yeatman Group and alum of Longwood University, opened a second office for his real estate company back in 2022 in the heart of Farmville in an effort to connect more to the community and school. Becoming a partner with the University was the next step in establishing a strong local tie and partnership within Farmville.

As part of the agreement, The Yeatman Group’s logo is on the floor of the University’s new 3,000-seat basketball arena, the Joan Perry Brock Center, which was unveiled in late August at the VIP Grand Opening. The Yeatman Group will collaborate with Longwood Athletics to organize contests for floor seats and access to the luxury suite for clients who wish to attend Lancer games, as well as hosting several events throughout the basketball season.
