Sweetheart Worthy Cocktails

This Valentine's Day, celebrate and imbibe with your significant other or if you find yourself single in February, each one of our three love-inspired cocktail recipes makes a double!

The 3 C (City Cucumber Collins)

Ingredients:

  • 4oz  Gin (Aviation Gin)
  • 1 English Cucumber, 6 slices and rest ribboned
  • 1 Lime, quartered
  • 2oz Simple Syrup
  • 6-10oz Club Soda (Fever Tree), to taste
  • 2 Mint Sprig, garnish

Method:

  1. Lightly muddle cucumber slices and limes in a cocktail shaker. 
  2. Add Simple Syrup, gin/vodka, and whole ice cubes to shaker and shake.
  3. Circle cucumber ribbon into two Collins glasses.
  4. Strain shaker equally into glasses and top with club soda.
  5. Garnish with a mint spring.

Tiffany's Mimosa

Ingredients:

  • 3oz Brut Champaign (Veuve Clicquot) or Prosecco (Bottega Oro)
  • 1oz Vodka (Tito's Vodka)
  • 5oz Lemonade
  • 1tbsp Blue Curacao
  • Sugar for glass rim

Method:

  1. Garnish two champagne flutes with a sugar rim.
  2. Add ½ measure each; blue curacao, lemonade, and vodka to champagne flutes.
  3. Top with champaign or prosecco.

Don't Pine (apple) For Me!

Ingredients:

·         5oz Vanilla Infused Rum (Cruzan Vanilla Rum)

·         4 chunks Fresh Pineapple

·         5oz Fresh Pineapple Juice

·         1 Vanilla Bean

·         Cinnamon and Sugar for glass rim

Method:

  1. Scrape vanilla from the bean into a shaker, add fresh pineapple chunks and muddle.
  2. Add vanilla-infused rum, pineapple juice, and crushed ice to shaker and shake.
  3. Garnish two martini glasses with a cinnamon-sugar rim.
  4. Strain shaker equally into glasses

BACKUP - Boodles of Love

Ingredients:

  • 5oz  Gin (Boodles Mulberry Gin)
  • 8-12oz Bitter Lemon Tonic Water (Fever Tree), to taste

Method:

  1. Add gin to a cocktail shaker with whole ice cubes and shake.
  2. Add tonic water to the shaker and stir.
  3. Garnish two cocktail glasses with a sugar rim.
  4. Strain shaker equally into glasses.
