Frank and his wife Sasa bought Grecian in 2015. Since then, they have put their “whole hearts and souls into running it.” Frank grew up in the restaurant business, working his way up from busboy, to server, to cook, to manager and owner. He graduated from a culinary institute with a degree in culinary arts and the intention to become a chef. Frank and Sasa’s love of cooking is one of the main interests they share.
He uses his business to bless the community with fundraisers for school groups, needy families and he hosts a free Thanksgiving meal at the restaurant every year.
