My name is Mary-Catherine Weathers, and I lead a top, all-female real estate team in Chattanooga, TN. The Weathers Team is proud to be ranked in the Top 100 among all Realtors in Chattanooga. I love helping my clients find their perfect piece of Chattanooga, whether they are buying, selling, or investing in our growing city. Buying or selling a home is a monumental milestone in a person's life, therefore feeling secure in their investment and satisfied with their experience is of the utmost importance to me.
With clients, I enjoy sitting down and listening to the needs and wants of the buyer and the demands and desires of the seller. I understand that this process can be an emotional leap, and I am honored to share this experience with them. As the team leader, I take pleasure in mentoring the newer members of the team and helping them acclimate to the critical business of buying or selling a home. Your happiness directly translates to our success.

Real estate agent #1: Mary-Catherine Weathers
I am a Chattanooga native and have lived here all my life. I graduated from Girls Preparatory School in 2011, then attended Auburn University and later graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2015. I jumped into real estate after graduation working at REMAX for three years before moving to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices J Douglas Properties and starting The Weathers Team in 2019. I am an active member of The Junior League of Chattanooga and a member of the Chattanooga Women's Leadership Institute. My favorite part of having an all-female real estate team is empowering women in their careers. As the team leader, I take pleasure in mentoring the newer members of the team and helping them acclimate to the critical business of buying or selling a home. The Weathers Team is a family, and our clients' happiness directly translates to our success.
My advice to an aspiring female real estate agent? Be the hardest working woman in the room. Your work ethic, your drive, and your character are three of the most important things to have in this business. "Ability can take you to the top, but it takes character to keep you there." -Zig Ziglar
Real estate agent #2: Taylor Keef
Originally from Fort Payne, I moved to Chattanooga five years ago. My favorite part of being on an all-female team is that we connect on so many different levels, and the team culture is immense. I am the Transaction Coordinator and Marketing Director for the Weathers team and also Mary-Catherine's Executive Assistant. My job on the team is a bit different than the other girls who are selling real estate. My advice to any young female pursuing a professional career is never to give up, always strive to be the best version of yourself, and to listen more than you talk. We've also been facing a challenging time in real estate while practicing social distancing and making sure our clients' health is placed above all else. As a team, we have utilized the technology we are so fortunate to have by offering virtual house showings, live video open houses, and video consultations! The Weathers Team has taken full advantage of the social distancing period and been meeting as a team through zoom, educating ourselves through conference calls with other professionals, and still functioning as a full-time real estate team despite the circumstances! Jumping into a career in real estate can be very overwhelming, so having a support system to educate yourself on the industry entirely is crucial, and I found that and more in The Weathers Team!
Real estate agent #3: Sarah Palmer
I'm a Chattanooga native and feel blessed to have grown up in this beautiful city and see the growth it has had through the years. My favorite part about being a part of an all-female real estate team is the support and understanding that we all share with one another. We continuously build each other up and push one another to do the very best of our abilities. With my time at home social distancing, working from home can be a challenge for me and many. I found that it is crucial to create a separate workspace for yourself at a desk or table away from distractions. The extra time at home has also allowed me to enjoy cooking and baking new recipes to try! My piece of advice to women wanting to get into the business would be for them to first find their confidence and for them to never lose it. You can learn the skills you need in this business, but it takes determination to carry those skills out. It's key to having the right mindset you need to succeed.
Real estate agent #4: Jenni Sanders
I have lived in Chattanooga for the majority of my life and continue to love the city more every day! I recently graduated from The University of Tennessee Chattanooga with my bachelor's degree in Business Marketing. I was able to become a licensed real estate agent within three months of graduating. Being a part of an all-female team has been such a great and rewarding experience. Mary Catherine is the perfect example of a powerful and independent businesswoman and learning from her has been a privilege. I can confidently say I'm a part of a team that cares about each other, motivates one another, and supports every member through their career and personal life!
