At Arlington Lifestyle, we really do believe that fashion is art. That's why we could not resist including fashion it in our Arts + Makers issue! My love affair with fashion began a long time ago. It started in my mother's closet. As a young girl, I would try on her things; especially her fabulous shoes. I walked around the house in my mom's heels which were several sizes too big. I loved it (she hated it at the time)! My mother was taught to sew by her mom and when she started having daughters of her own, she made some of our clothes as well. She is still a great seamstress.
Because fashion is art, we decided to include it in our Art + Makers issue: Valentine's Day Fashion Edition. If you need help putting together your fashion look for your Valentine's Day date night: we have you covered. LaWanda Morris (your Publisher) has selected three looks for the ladies and Aaron Goode (you'll learn more about him later) has three great outfits for the men to choose from.
Ladies, LaWanda (who is also an image consultant and fashion stylist) has selected three different looks for you to choose from depending on where you'll be hitting the town to celebrate Valentine's Day.
