Fitness Transformation at 18 Months Postpartum

At 18 months postpartum, I feel like I’ve found my groove again as far as my fitness and nutrition goes and I’m •f i n a l l y• feeling like I’ve even somewhat figured out this mom thing! (Key word is *somewhat*) 

While updating my Instagram story highlights, I came to my “postpartum fitness” posts and it was so fun and interesting to go back through those first few months of getting back into fitness once cleared by my doctor. 

It’s crazy how long ago just 18 months feels (and to see how tiny baby Hampton was). To all the expecting or new mamas out there, who feel like they have lost their strength and do not know where or how to begin again, my advice is to just start! 

Be consistent and make small healthy choices every day. Each healthy meal will make a difference. Each workout you get in, no matter how short, will make a difference. It’s amazing how strong, driven, determined and dedicated we women are.
