- 2 Jumps Squats + 4 High Knees
- Bear Crawl + Push Up
- Shuffle Step + Broad Jumps
- High Knees + In and Out Squats
- Bear Crawl Kick Through
- 10 Fast + 10 Slow Mountain Climbers
- Snap Jump Burpees
- Side Plank Hip Lift + Elbow Tap - switch sides 30 seconds through
