Well, Well, Well…

A Functional Approach To Whole Health And Well-Being

You would be hard pressed to find someone who doesn’t want to be happy and healthy.

Kristy Hall, co-owner of Living Well Health Group in Loveland is passionate about helping people like you and me to do that.

“It's about the connection of mind, body, and spirit.” - Kristy Hall, Co-owner, Living Well Health Group | Home of Re:New

Kristy’s calling is to help people achieve optimal health and whole body healing naturally through a functional medicine approach tailored to each patient's constitution and personal experience.

While her journey started with a nutritional and epigenetic focus, her passion has evolved to encompass other non-pharmaceutical ways to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual health. As a board certified nutritionist with numerous certifications, Kristy guides her patients to understand their personal nutritional needs, and to use that knowledge to make eating and behavioral modifications that support health and happiness.

Physical and mental well-being really matter to Kristy and her business partner, Dr Sharon Montz, MD. They empower and equip every client to take responsibility for their own health, whether they’re dealing with an existing problem or preparing for healthy aging.

Dr. Sharon, an integrative medicine doctor, uses a whole health approach to treat chronic health conditions. This approach, also known as functional medicine, focuses on the connectedness of a person’s whole system rather than only treating the presenting problem.

The duo treats a wide range of health issues including chronic fatigue, autoimmune disease, fibromyalgia, digestive issues, hypertension, hormone issues, weight-related problems, chronic pain and more.

Kristy and Dr. Sharon are emphatic about getting to the root cause of your health concern. They recognize the connection between your central nervous system (specifically your brain) and the rest of your body, and take time to ask about your cognitive and emotional well-being.

Stress, anxiety, and depression cause your brain to rewire itself in damaging ways. The longer unhealthy emotional states persist, the stronger unhealthy neural pathways become. This pattern has a negative impact on your cognitive, emotional, behavioral and physical well-being.

The effects of anger, addiction, and PTSD can take a similar toll.

INTRODUCING RE:NEW

The mind-body connection prompted Kristy and Dr. Sharon to implement their newest suite of services.

At Re:New you can experience three state-of-the-art, FDA-approved technologies that promote mental fitness, positivity, and well-being. The Theta Chamber, Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS), and Red Light Bed treat the signs and symptoms of mental health concerns by guiding your brain and body back to an optimal state. The treatments are also effective for improving focus, mental sharpness, and agility.

“The technology is a tool to help people who are stuck get unstuck.” - Kristy Hall, Co-owner, Living Well Health Group | Home of Re:New

The new technologies help to reset neural pathways by directing the brain toward healthier patterns.

For example, rumination and worry trigger an increase in the brain wave that is associated with anxiety and depression. The more often the negative pattern occurs, the harder it is to turn off or manage. The Theta Chamber helps your mind to slow down and reset, which results in a reduction of symptoms and improved mind state.

Living Well Health Group | Home of Re:New can help you establish healthier, more stable well-being from head to toe. As Kristy says, “We are a perfect partner to guide you in figuring out the next best step.”

Theta Chamber

The Theta Chamber combines multiple therapies to induce a Theta brainwave state. The user experiences deep relaxation as they lay in the slow-turning pod wearing special goggles that provide visual light stimulation, a headset that delivers binaural beats, and earclips that send frequencies to the brain. Frequencies are tailored to the individual and help the brain to create new neural pathways. A single session can help with anxiety, stress, depression, insomnia, memory, and addictions. The number of sessions needed varies by user.

rTMS

Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS) is a non-invasive treatment that delivers magnetic pulses to your brain through coils placed near your forehead. The pulses stimulate the part of your brain associated with mood control and depression in an effort to activate areas in the brain that are decreased when you are in a depressive state. rTMS is often used after a session in the Theta Pod, on its own, or in conjunction with infrared therapy.

Red Light Bed

The benefit of the Red Light Bed is how it increases energy production and strengthens the mitochondria within cells. The biochemical process helps with healing and cellular rejuvenation. The user lays on a bed resembling a tanning bed under red and blue LED light. The treatment is helpful for skin health and healing, pain, and inflammation.
