Make Memorable Home Windows, Doors, Siding

Chapman Professionals Tailor Each Selection For Customers

New options and customer services are flowing from Chapman professionals, who've offered industry-leading selections of windows, doors, siding, skylights and other home features for nearly 30 years as a family owned and operated business.

"We specialize in customizing customers' windows, doors and siding, with our in-house paint and stain department," says Mike Chapman. "We pay attention to and provide the meticulous details that create memorable homes. We even come to your home after installation to make final touch-ups. We sure appreciate the trust and support from our customers over the years."

Chapman was founded by Mike Chapman and Jim Reddecliff in 1994, stemming from years of hands-on residential building. Brothers Mike and Mark Chapman now operate the company together, covering voluminous hours of measuring, pricing and working tirelessly to customize options for each project. Mark says the company's team focuses on educating and empowering customers while providing stellar workmanship, exceptional service and quality products.

One of the newest developments is that the Chapman team opened a new design center within the Eagle Village Shops in Wayne, located next to The Silverspoon.

Another new advancement is they added NanaWall folding glass walls to their traditional door offerings for entrances, patios and interior rooms. NanaWalls offer clean, open aesthetics with narrow profiles and are available in aluminum, solid wood or solid wood aluminum clad finishes. Mike says the panels can be floor supported in inward or outward opening configurations.

"NanaWalls are easy, convenient and smooth to operate, no matter the size or number of panels," he adds.

Chapman long has had certified window, door and siding installers, and Mark says they are one of only a few trained and certified NanaWall installers for the local and Philadelphia region.

Realizing the importance of making wonderful first impressions by selecting 'the' right doors, Chapman staffers can demonstrate what various door styles would look like before purchasing them, including changing the door colors or glass. Regarding doors, Chapman carries hundreds of Fiberglas, wood, steel, pivot, barn, carriage, traditional and contemporary styles. They also have sliding, swing, French, multi-slide, lift and slide or bi-fold patio doors.

The company's specialists indicate pivot doors are extremely popular this year due to the design element of how they open, and are hinged from the bottom and top instead of on the side.

Chapman has the reputation of being available to customers, from start to finish. They also have an after-sale service department and a 10-year workmanship warranty for further customer care. Chapman's A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau backs their claims of exceptional expertise, skills, products and services. They also were named as one of America's Top 500 remodelers in Qualified Remodeler magazine for the last 10 years.

Denise Maggitti Collins, Chapman's marketing and business development manager, shares that they launched a new referral program. She says they're proud that historically, more than half of their business was generated from referrals by loyal customers. "Now, to further show our appreciation, customers who are referring and the new customers both get entered into a drawing that will award someone with a Caribbean trip," she adds.
