Hiring great people is a priority for Stephanie Frink, general manager at BMW of Gwinnett Place. She has been at the helm of the dealership for two years, moving to Atlanta from Detroit where she launched her automotive career with Penske Automotive 12 years ago.
Female customers now make up more than half of BMW’s customer base and Stephanie and her team understand the importance of having a female perspective at every level of the customer journey. She has built her team to include 15 percent women. "I am certainly looking to have more female representation on the team. Women are a great fit in the retail automotive business especially as the industry is transforming away from 'typical car dealer' tactics to a welcoming, relationship-based, enjoyable, and transparent experience. Clients want to work with women when buying a vehicle or servicing a vehicle," says Stephanie.
For more 20 years, BMW of Gwinnett Place has served the Atlanta area and surrounding communities. Stephanie is proud to represent the only BMW dealership in Georgia to be awarded SIX consecutive BMW Center of Excellence Awards for exceptional performance, brand representation, and outstanding customer service.
To enhance performance capabilities and innovation at BMW of Gwinnett Place, the company relies on a diverse workforce. In addition to English, Spanish, Korean and Chinese, our employees speak seven languages to better serve the Atlanta community.
“It doesn’t matter who you are or what your background is, passion is universal and we value diversity in all of our teams,” she says.
