Check your windows for design opportunities from Hunter Douglass!

One of the things I love about Hunter Douglas is the selection of fabrics that are tailored to each product. I especially love what they have pulled together to create the Design Studio collection. That is where you can find color, texture and pattern in soft shades and coordinating drapery panels.  This gallery of fabrics range from sheer to what is ideal for a light-filtering or room- darkening liner. There is sure to be something for everyone. This collection is packed with plenty of neutrals but introduces colors in a way that will add interest to any space. Blues are the big accent color right now, whether it is a pale silvery blue, teal or saturated navy and you can find those and other coordinating fabrics in the Design Studio collection. That means you can have your Roman shades and your drapery panels made with fabrics that were curated together to be a whole home solution.  Add in the ability to motorize both the shades and the panels and you can see why the Design Studio line from Hunter Douglas is something I am incredibly proud to be able to offer as a Hunter Douglas Gallery Dealer.

The Design Studio collection by Hunter Douglas offers the ability to motorize the drapery panel hardware! This means not only can I use the hub for smart home integration of my Hunter Douglas shades, but I can draw my room darkening panels closed with the touch of a button!

This motorized drapery hardware with Hunter Douglas PowerView Motorization is perfect with three options.  The Essential has a look that is hidden hardware with a pinch-pleat heading, which is great when you don’t have room for a rod to sit outside of the window trim. Contempo is sleek, modern hardware for a clean, finished look that comes in three metal finishes.  Ripplefold is a casual heading on a track that allows for the maximum amount of glass to be revealed once your drapes are pulled open and stacked back.

One more thing to love about the Design Studio Collection of fabrics is that they can be ordered as accents such as pillows or as fabric by the yard to create your own additions to the space.

This really is a window covering solution created with design in mind.
