Jill Burns and Kelly Gasink are the successful entrepreneurs and sister duo that are the founders of Austin Cocktails. This Austin-based and female-owned business helped ignite the cocktail to go business in our city. The founders pay homage to their farmer grandfather, Fred. Like many Austinites, Fred believed that 5pm was “cocktailtime”. He gathered friends and family on summer nights after a hard day’s work in the fields to enjoy one of his creations. This was Fred’s way of encouraging joy and connection. Jill and Kelly’s memories of these special times inspired their brand. Austin Cocktails aims to provide a real cocktail experience in a can, real cocktails made with real spirits.
