Austin State University in Nacogdoches, TX, before pursuing his Ordination from Rhema Bible College in Broken Arrow, OK. He prefers for everyone to call him by his nickname, "ChadO." Chad is a people person with a gift for producing great leaders. He focuses on surrounding himself with good people and trains them to become successful leaders through coaching.
