My life revolves around food. Ever since I was little, I wanted to cook and create. As a Food Scientist and a trained Chef, now I have found a passion to create flavorful, healthy food. I love living a healthy lifestyle and teaching others how they can also eat their favorite foods without the added fats and sugars. Not only do I love recipe creation, I also have a passion for exploration of new foods and beverages. I relish the amazing hole-in-the-wall joint that everyone should know about, or that full-bodied Cabernet that should be paired with your spaghetti bolognese. Sharing my passion for food and drinks with others makes my life fulfilling.
