These experiences through Airbnb, and a virtual tour with Google Earth will have you diving into this captivating country in no time. Use it as inspiration for a future trip!

Portuguese Tapas Class

"In this online class, I will join you and all of the other guests in your own private kitchens around the world to share some classic and tasty Portuguese recipes. I’ll teach you how to make my famous Tuna Paté, an easy, tasty recipe that you may serve in different ways. We will also cook one of the most beloved Portuguese recipes, Açorda Alentejana, the most flavorful soup you will ever try. We will travel together through the steps of each recipe, while I share with you tips, ideas and suggestions. My goal is not just to help you learn how to cook but also to give you an introduction to my beloved Portugal, from the food to the culture, history, and wines."

  • Duration: 1.5 hours
  • Cost: From $17/person

Explore Lisbon

"Plan your trip by visiting top sites like Belém Tower and Padrão dos Descobrimentos in Google Earth."

Explore waterfront plazas and cafes in the heart of Old Lisbon, discover highlights in the northern part of the city, tour a maze of ancient and narrow cobblestone streets in the The Alfama neighborhood, and see an itinerary created with kids in mind.

Wine Class with a Cool Wine Expert

"Here we will learn how red and white wines are made, how they differ, and most importantly, how to choose when you buy wine to enjoy at home. You would be amazed how people generally shop for wine in the wrong way. We will then mention the main grapes and main regions of the world for those grapes, as well as the differences between them, followed by some wine and food pairings (yes you will learn how to do Michelin stars food and wine pairings!)"

  • Duration: 1 hour
  • Cost: From $15/person
