About Us

The Hudson Family and our head baker decided was inspired by Dr. Stephen S. Jones, the Director of The Bread Lab at Washington State University. Dr. Jones’s enthusiasm for bread inspired a desire in us to create a bread that is nutrient dense and delicious. We are passionate about using clean, simple, nutrient dense ingredients as well as making it as affordable as possible. We strive to improve accessibility and education about quality bread to the Treasure Valley. We are a family owned micro-bakery with the goal of making you fall in love with bread again!
